Returns and exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something didn't turn out as expected, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to exchange or return the item, under Portuguese law in force (DL 24/2014).
General conditions
- The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
- The original packaging must be preserved, including labels, manuals and any included accessories.
- For hygiene reasons, food products, baby care items and textile products in direct contact with the skin cannot be returned once opened, except in the case of a defect.
How to request
- Send us an email to apoio@100bebe.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange or return.
- Our team will confirm the process and send you the instructions for collection or return.
- We refund all payments within 14 days from the communication of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method you used.
Defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately and we'll arrange replacement or repair under the warranty applicable to the product.
