What data we collect

• Identification and contact: name, email, phone and VAT number, where applicable.
• Address: for shipping orders.
• Orders: purchase history, preferences and related communications.
• Browsing: anonymous technical data (see cookie policy).

Purposes

• Process orders, payments, deliveries and after-sales.
• Manage the customer account and the Clube Mimo programme.
• Comply with legal obligations (invoicing, warranties).
• Marketing communications, subject to consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention

We keep data for the period necessary for the purposes above and for the applicable legal terms (in particular, 10 years for tax data).

Sharing with third parties

We share data only with subcontractors necessary to provide the service: payment platform (Stripe), carriers, catalogue management (Moloni), email delivery (Resend), analytics (Google) and advertising (Meta). All are bound to confidentiality and to guarantees equivalent to those of the GDPR.

Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to processing and to portability of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacidade@100bebe.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNPD.

Location for proximity notifications

If you enable proximity notifications in your account, we collect your approximate location (latitude/longitude) to check whether you are near our store in Estoril. We only keep the latest position (no history), never share it with third parties, and you can delete it at any time in your Account settings. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by disabling notifications.
